Two stray dogs were snatched away in a car in unknown circumstances from outside our Animal Rescue Home at Trichur. We were feeding the dogs regularly. We have complained about a person known to us, but the police did not register any crime. So, we approached Magistrate
Court. The magistrate dismissed the petition, stating that the stray dog has zero value, thus, it does not come under IPC 429.
