Painful Death of Dogs by ABC Centre at Chittoor Palakkad

A mother dog and her pups were forcibly captured from a sports hostel compound by the Animal Birth Control catchers in Palakkad. The dogs were released after surgery with swollen wounds. All the dogs died one by one. A post-mortem was conducted at Palakkad Vet. hospital, and a complaint was filed with Chittoor police station. They did not initiate any enquiry, but we proceeded with a private complaint at the Magistrate Court at   Chittoor. The witnesses were students from the sports hostel who live in distant places. Due to the COVID-19 lockdown and online coaching, they could not appear before the court.
