Dog Hanged on a Tree

A sadistic owner regularly hung his dog on a rubber tree and pulled it up and down after intoxication. A girl recorded the video, and we have filed a case against him. The dog was seized by the Sub Inspector of police in the presence veterinary doctor of the local veterinary hospital. Our organization received custody of the dog, and the informer adopted it soon. There were no visible injuries, so the medical certificate was not enough to prosecute the accused with imprisonment, but minor case was charged.
