We have visited the Animal Birth Control Program at Pulikeezhu, Thiruvilla. The dogs are found in unhealthy conditions, and staff treat them brutally which we have witnessed. The medicines they were administering were outdated. The dogs were fed legs of slaughtered chicken only once a day, which were shorn nearby. A complaint was filed with the Pulikeezhu police station.
