Abandoned Horse

An owner abandoned own horse, which was found lying in rain rainwater side of the village, way was reported by locals. We have complained and could trace the owner. In fact, the owner was out of station and he employed a keeper to look after the horse, and the keeper dumped the horse in the street. A case was lodged against the owner and keeper for ill treatment at Ponnani PS. The horse died while undergoing treatment.  The body of the horse was buried on private property, and the owner made another complaint against the keeper.
