Three cows were tied up under heavy rain, slashing for long days, and the stubborn owner didn’t listen to the plea of neighbours to be tied up in the shed. We have reached the place and complained to Udayamperoor PS, Tripunitura. The owner was a member of the panchayat council and booked under PCA Act –1960.
